A new members fellowship dinner is planned quarterly. This dinner is hosted by the elders, deacons, preachers, and wives. The wives prepare all the food.

During this time, each elder and deacon, presents the program of work that they are over and encourages involvement from the new members. Also, during the dinner, the new members are encouraged to sit with the members of their “Group” so they can get to know them better. New Members are introduced and given an opportunity to tell about their families.
